Title: Sponsorship Hospitality Specialist Location: 401 S Tryon St Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: This role supports special events and pre-existing sponsorship commitments, including hospitality programs tied to athletics, college, arts & culture partnerships, and experiences at the Chase Center suite. This contractor acts as a client-facing point of contact (POC) who partners closely with the internal Events Team while managing sponsorship hospitality assets, guest experience, and partner coordination. The Hospitality Contractor helps ensure seamless execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs by delivering high-quality operational support, managing ticket assets, coordinating stakeholders, and providing post-event follow-up to assess success. The team is small, highly collaborative, and focused on providing premium experiences that represent the brand. Responsibilities: * Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio. * Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel. * Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources. * Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs. * Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution. * Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS. * Coordinate with the Ticket Management team Qualifications: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations. * Strong organizational skills with the proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment * Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
