Sr. Engineer - Controls Position Overview:< Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of specific Controls and SW platform solutions.< Key Responsibilities:< * Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs. ·· Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.< * Coordinating Controls Features development.< * Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to overall program milestones and objectives.< * Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.< * Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. ·· Ensure rigorous validation of control functions to meet and exceed specified requirements throughout the vehicle development cycle.< * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other engineering units to drive the development of cutting-edge controls technology.< * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controls engineering processes, methodologies, and technologies.
