CNC Machinist - 1st Shift

CNC MachinistPay: $25-35/hr Shift: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm) Description:Our CNC Machinist produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating our HNK Mill. In addition they are focused on maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment/ supplies.Requirements:5+ years of experience with Milling machines/horizontal boring mills is ideal5+ years of experience in set-up, creating fixtures, and starting your own machine in a job shop environmentMasterCam programming experience is a plusKnowledge of and experience with machine and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenanceMetals and the quality and machinability and uses of metals, alloys and other materialsMechanically inclined, and understand manufacturing techniquesAbility to prioritize and review workAbility to effectively and safely operate a variety of assigned tools and equipmentAbility to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, sketches and work ordersAbility to maintain routine recordsAbility to move or transfer products with a hoist or overhead crane.Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptionsAbility to work independently without daily supervisionWork overtime as/if neededBenefits:Heath / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%)Accident and Critical Illness optionsHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO9 paid Holidays
