VDOT Business Analyst 4VENDOR MAXIMUM SUBMITTAL RATE $$$.$$/hr.*local candidates strongly preferred *ONLY in-person interviews will be conducted, NO Skype, NO exceptionsDevelop business, functional, and data requirements for technology projects, with a focus on data requirementsWork with a team to develop business, functional, and data requirements for technology projects in deadline driven environment. The position should have experience with business analysis to include eliciting and documenting requirements working with business customers and IT staff. In addition, the position requires data experience to include working with data dictionaries and data rules, as well as, understanding enterprise relationship diagrams. The ability to read SQL statements and understanding SQL versus Oracle would be greatly beneficial in this role.Position requires strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to supervise and lead, process map,and facilitate business and technical teams. The ability to train is also desirable.Knowledge of enterprise and business architecture and working with Communities of Interest around data is desirable, but not required.
