Housing Project Manager Intern (Part-Time)Department: Project ManagementEmployment Type: InternshipLocation: AtlantaReporting To: Project Manager, HousingCompensation: $1,500 / monthDescriptionPartners for HOME is seeking a Housing Intern to support the Housing team in managing administrative and data projects, including auditing, compliance and enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in mezzo level Social Work, administrative duties, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This is a part-time internship offering valuable experience and exposure to nonprofit social work practices such as organization work, policy and advocacy. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in data entry Audit current records for compliance Reconcile Haven voucher holders in HMISUpdate HMIS enrollments for Haven voucher programSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCurrently pursuing a Master degree in Social WorkStrong interest in nonprofit mezzo level Social WorkBasic understanding administrative reporting and data entryProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smart SheetsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learnPreferred Qualifications:Previous internship or volunteer experience in Social WorkKnowledge of nonprofit regulations and practices (preferred but not required)What You'll GainHands-on experience in Project Management and Social Work from project levelOpportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the nonprofit sectorFlexible work hours and a supportive work environmentAn opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's mission and goalsThis is a part-time, temporary internship and does not come with any benefits.
