Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in eLearning or training environments to support the development of visually engaging digital learning content. This role focuses on creating graphics, animations, and layouts that enhance learner engagement and support instructional goals.Responsibilities:Design and produce graphics, illustrations, animations, and layouts for eLearning and training materialsCollaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate concepts into visual contentDevelop visual elements that support storytelling and improve learner comprehensionManage multiple design projects and meet established timelinesEnsure consistency with established branding and design standardsCommunicate project progress and identify risks or delays as neededResearch and apply new design tools, techniques, and trendsUpload and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS)Qualifications:2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within learning and development or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design or animation toolsExperience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe CaptivateStrong portfolio demonstrating design and/or animation workAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skillsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with photography or videographyFamiliarity with web design principlesAdditional certifications in graphic design, animation, or related areasEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:pay transparency policy is available here:temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
