Pacific Ridge Builders, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects. We are looking for an ambitious, friendly, organized manager who is dedicated to task completion and problem solving.Job DescriptionProject Manager must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction in the Sacramento Region, with a significant project background and an excellent reputation. This position works closely with our Estimators, Project Engineers and Superintendents to complete build-outs within budget and to the highest quality.Responsibilities for this position include the following:Responsible for the ultimate delivery of a project, which includes costs, schedule, client management, and profitabilityServe as daily point-of-contact for client and design partners, to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.Manage administrative requirements and organization of multiple construction projects with support from Project EngineerCollaborate with General Superintendent and Project Superintendents in managing construction timeline and progressReview project billings and approve all subcontractor/vendor invoicesMaintain organized project binders and digital job filesAssemble, distribute, and track document packages throughout the life of a projectResponsible for project closeout processExperience & Skills5+ years of experience as a Project ManagerVast project experience, including office tenant improvements, R+D facilities, tech, clean rooms, labs, medical, retail, restaurant, and automotive projectsKnowledgeable in building foundations, structural framing, mechanical, engineering, and plumbing systemsAbility to organize and track multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliar working in Class A, occupied buildingsGood reputation with subcontractors, past clients, and other industry professionalsDemonstrates motivational leadership styleEye for quality of workmanship, holding a high standard of craftsmanship, accountability and overall project successHas strong verbal and written communication skillsDedicated to task completionProblem solverProficient in MS ProjectProficient in MS OfficeExperience using project management software, knowledge of Autodesk or Procore is preferredPeople Management skills Education & CertificationsOSHA 30 preferred OSHA 10 RequiredLEED Green Associate accreditation preferredAA or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferredCompensationBase Salary Depends on experience. Range: $100,000-$150,000This is a full-time salary position; the compensation package will include both a health benefits and a retirement plan.
