You will lead the strategic planning and optimization of platforms and integrated solutions that deliver life-changing interpretation and translation services. Your work ensures that technology acts as an enabler-never a barrier-for patients receiving the care they deserve.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & the Pursuit of ProgressDefine the vision and roadmap for remote interpretation (VRI/OPI), on-site scheduling, and translation ecosystems.Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs and usability to ensure our delivery models are progressively better every day.2. Healthcare Integration & People-Centric Solution DesignLead initiatives to integrate language access workflows with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare communication platforms.Collaborate with UX and engineering to design scalable solutions that prioritize the well-being and ease of use for both the clinician and the patient.3. Translation & Language Technology LeadershipPartner with our linguists-who take pride in their profession-to advance workflows through translation management systems (TMS) and assistive technologies.Identify market trends and "Go the Extra Mile" to solve real customer pain points before they become obstacles to care.4.
