However, success in this position requires consistent engagement with all three shifts to lead effectively and build strong relationships across the team.What you'll do...Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department across multiple shifts.Supervise Maintenance Leads and Technicians; provide direction, coaching, and support.Manage preventive and reactive maintenance to meet production goals.Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs.Review and prioritize work orders; ensure accurate documentation.Partner with Reliability and Training Managers on process improvements and upskilling.Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and parts as needed.Enforce safety standards and housekeeping expectations.What you bring...5-8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experienceAssociate's degree or technical certification required; bachelor's a plusHands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with PLCs, VFDs, and computerized maintenance systemsExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other enterprise maintenance systems preferredExperience in food manufacturing or a highly regulated environment preferredComfortable using Microsoft Office; WorkForge familiarity is a plusWhy you'll succeed...You lead by example and keep your team accountable.You solve problems quickly, even when things are complex.You communicate clearly and prioritize safety.You're energized by new challenges and driven to get results.You give credit, create engagement, and bring your team along with you.
