The Company Hiring:Our client is a fast-paced service company with an excellent culture looking for a finance leader to work closely with their ownership group and progress with the firm well into the future.The Job:Manage and direct full accounting cycle and year end coordination for a high-volume business that is growing. You will interact regularly with ownership to review financial results and performance as well as forecast and plan for continued growth. You must be a strong technical accountant and able to use technology effectively to streamline all operations and take advantage of AI tools to optimize the finance function.Minimum Requirements:• 7-10 years in a Controllership role owning the financials• BS in Accounting/MA or CPA highly preferred• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to use technology effectively• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with owners and key leaders• Strong attention to detail and a knack for using information to create meaningful insights for management decision-makingSalary: $135k+ excellent benefitsWork Style: Hybrid
