This leader will oversee all premium spaces - including clubs, suites, and VIP environments - playing a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one. As part of the opening leadership team, the Director of Premium will bring a passion for elevated service, a commitment to team development, and the ability to set the standard for an exceptional premium program in one of Miami's most exciting new venues.PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
