How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization. * Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth. * Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations. * Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. * Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability. * Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives. What minimum requirements you'll need Education: * Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
