Learning Experience/Instructional Designer

Job Title: Learning Experience Developer (Articulate Storyline / Camtasia) Job Location: Remote (US based) Workplace Schedule: Monday through Friday; 40 hours per week (8am to 5pm EST) Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 months We're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Developer to support a series of eLearning modernization and SCORM conversion projects. This is a contract role focused on updating, restructuring, and enhancing existing training content to align with new design and LMS standards. Key Responsibilities Update and rebuild existing Articulate Storyline courses to meet new design, usability, and accessibility standards Perform SCORM 2004 exports and prepare files for LMS (Docebo) import Apply cosmetic and functional updates including navigation, player settings, captions, and intro/exit slides Split and reorganize courses and assessments for improved learner experience Ensure course functionality and quality (hotspots, assessments, audio/video sync, etc.) Update scripts, re-record audio using AI voice tools, and refresh video content using Camtasia Required Tools & Skills Articulate Storyline Proficient to Advanced Camtasia Advanced skills and must have familiarity with the latest version of Camtasia 2026 Strong experience with SCORM packaging and LMS delivery High attention to detail and quality assurance in eLearning builds Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or (ClickUp preferred, but not required) Experience with ElevenLabs Experience with Vyond is preferred
