OverviewReporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Handler plays a key role in Goodkind's warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, picking, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping activities across warehouse operations.About UsFounded in 2010 and based in the Austin area, Goodkind is a leading manufacturer of clean and green personal care and beauty products. Goodkind believes that by following this multi-stakeholder approach, we create optimal value while leaving the world a better place.What You'll DoPull, pick, stage, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and shipping activitiesReceive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and componentsPrepare and consolidate materials for internal transfers and production useAccurately issue and transact materials in the ERP/WMS system to maintain inventory integrityMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or issues proactivelyOrganize and maintain warehouse storage areas in accordance with FIFO/FEFO and cGMP standardsAssist with returns, rejects (MRB), and material reconciliation processesLoad and unload trucks, including internal transfers between locationsSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentMaintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards throughout the warehouseFollow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet production and shipping goalsSupport warehouse operations across multiple locations as needed.Accurately record all inventory movements and ensure documentation is complete and compliantPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedRequirementsWhat We RequirePrevious warehouse or inventory experience preferredForklift certification or ability to become certifiedStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with ERP/WMS systems (Batchmaster or similar preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SuiteAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in English or SpanishAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials (25kg) for extended periodsAbility to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracyWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededBenefitsWhy You'll Love GoodkindCompetitive wages paid weeklyMedical, Vision, and Dental insurance PTO paid holidays 401k with company matchWeekly Pay $18.00 Hourly
