OverviewReporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Handler plays a key role in Goodkind's warehouse and production operations. Goodkind believes that by following this multi-stakeholder approach, we create optimal value while leaving the world a better place.What You'll DoPick and prepare finished goods for outbound orders in alignment with shipping schedulesPack, palletize, and wrap shipments according to client and carrier requirementsCreate shipping labels and documentation, including BOLs and small parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx)Verify order accuracy by checking quantities, destinations, and routing prior to shipmentLoad and unload trucks, including LTL/FTL freight and small parcel shipmentsInspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptlyAccurately complete all shipping transactions in the ERP/WMS systemMaintain organized staging areas for outbound shipments and carrier pickupsTrack shipments, assist with resolving delivery issues, and support proof of delivery requestsMaintain shipping logs, documentation, and cost tracking as requiredCollaborate with internal teams and provide support on shipping-related inquiriesFollow all safety procedures, warehouse policies, and standard operating proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area (5S standards)Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assignedRequirementsWhat We RequirePrevious warehouse or Shipping experience preferredForklift certification or ability to become certifiedStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with ERP/WMS systems (Batchmaster or similar preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SuiteAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in English or SpanishAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials (25kg) for extended periodsAbility to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracyWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededBenefitsCompetitive wages paid weeklyMedical, Vision, and Dental insurance PTOpaid holidays 401k with company matchWeekly Pay $18.00 Hourly
