From preparing files to running high-speed laser and inkjet equipment, you'll help ensure projects are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll collaborate closely with Client Services, Sales, and Technical teams while maintaining strong vendor relationships-all in a fast-paced production environment where quality and attention to detail matter.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30PMKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completionCommunicate with Client Services, Sales, and IT to ensure projects meet specifications, standards, and deadlinesSet up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printers, producing single or multiple variable-data documentsPerform required quality checks and reprint damaged documents as neededStage, acclimate, and change paper rolls safely and efficientlyConduct routine preventive maintenance on printing presses (cleaning rollers, print heads, filters, dusting, etc.)Operate inline finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackersMaintain strong, professional relationships with vendorsKeep the production area clean, safe, and organizedPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail, including inspecting files for font issues, image resolution, and defectsAbility to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructionsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeWorking knowledge of Windows and Microsoft OfficeAdditional digital skills a plus (Adobe Acrobat, print equipment software, email, internet)Desktop, print, or copy experience preferredExperience with continuous roll-fed equipment and DFEs (Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow) a plusKnowledge of USPS postal regulations a plusAbility to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background checkBenefits & Work EnvironmentMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurancePaid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidaysQuarterly bonus opportunities401k with employer matchMonday through Friday scheduleCasual business attire-jeans are welcomeSupportive, people-focused culture with growth opportunitiesSalary Description $18-$23/hr.
