Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Description: Machine Shop Helper Starting Pay: $20-$22/hour   Shop Helper:Assist Machinists in the setup and operation of multiple pieces of equipment such as saws, lathes, mills, and various other pieces of manual and CNC equipment. Clean, deburr and package parts. You will also be responsible for cleaning and routine maintenance of the shop and equipment. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. Opportunities for advancement may become available and are dependent on candidates' ability to learn, comprehend, and execute required skills and job duties. Job Type: Full-timeDAY SHIFT:Monday-Thursday 5am - 3:30 pm Duties/Responsibilities: Good communication skills Follow written and verbal instruction A keen eye for detail Mechanical aptitude The ability to perform mathematical calculations Ability to comply with safety guidelines Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Desire to learn and advance in a manufacturing environment Required Skills/Abilities: Valid driver’s license (no moving violations with in the past 3 years) Have a positive attitude and show up on time ready to work Perform job requirements with limited supervision Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comply with all company safety guidelines  Physical Requirements:·       Able to lift 50 pounds·       Able to stand for entire shift   About the company:Hilton Tool is a Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components.
