Join RCI and grow the future with us!AS A MECHANIC HELPERYou will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment.MECHANIC HELPER DUTIES INCLUDEAssisting in performing needed repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and landscaping equipment and/or any Company facilitiesAssisting in performing skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment Following all maintenance policies and proceduresAssisting in inspecting, testing, and/or completing work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirementsAssisting in monitoring tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditionsMECHANIC QUALIFICATIONS 1+ Years with Diesel/Gas Equipment- Vehicles, Tractors, Mowers, & 2-Cycle Engines Experience in performing a daily inspection on fleet vehicles and landscaping equipment for readinessCOMPENSATION / BENEFITSStarting at $18.00 per hourMedical, Dental, Vision, Liability, and several more supplemental insurance options401K plan with partial match*Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays*RCI is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
