Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, highly organized, and skilled at identifying high-potential candidates who align with our company culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organizationPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirementsSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teamsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsStay up to date with hiring trends and best practicesQualifications2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitingStrong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processesExperience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for a variety of departments and positions.Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategiesExperience with data-driven hiring metrics and reporting
