IT Help Desk Technician IFull-time | 45k-60k DOE | Hybrid (2-3 days In-office) | North Phoenix (101/ Cave Creek)eBacon is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician I who is enthusiastic about technology, strong with customer support, and ready to grow. We prefer candidates with prior IT help desk experience, but we are also open to motivated entry-level applicants who have a solid technical foundation and a passion for troubleshooting.This role offers hands-on work across hardware, software, networking, and system administration - along with direct mentorship from our Director of IT to help you build your skills and advance your career.What You'll DoProvide technical support to internal staff for hardware, software, and peripheral issuesDocument tickets thoroughly in our ticketing systemConfigure, image, and deploy computers and required applicationsSet up accounts, permissions, and email access for new usersAssist with routine server and system maintenance tasks under supervisionTroubleshoot basic network and connectivity issuesMaintain IT equipment inventorySupport day-to-day technology needs across the companyParticipate in IT projects and improvement initiativesWork closely with - and be mentored by - our Director of ITPreferred Experience:Previous IT help desk or technical support experienceKnowledge of ticketing systemsExperience with imaging, Active Directory, or M365 adminMinimum Requirements:Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts clearlySolid troubleshooting and critical thinking abilityBasic understanding of Windows operating systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently and in a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs of equipmentExtra Pluses (Not Required):CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certificationsCoursework or self-taught experience (home labs, side projects, etc.)All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
