An educational institution in Windsor Mill, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral needs under a contract arrangement. This role focuses on implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve student outcomes and promote positive learning environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies Provide ongoing training and support to school personnel regarding behavior management techniques Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Ensure compliance with ethical standards and applicable regulations in all behavioral services Desired Qualifications: Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably in schools Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention planning Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of student information Location: Windsor Mill, Maryland This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students' growth by providing specialized behavioral support in a dynamic school environment.
