We have a culture that demands excellence from our students while providing them the supports they need to achieve at high levels and prepare for college. 96% of TECH Freire's Class of 2024 were accepted to college and earned over $7 million in college scholarships and aid.TECH Freire Charter School (9-12): 2221 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132What you'll doAs a member of our culture team, you'll foster a positive and inclusive school environment by implementing strategies to support student behavior, promote social-emotional learning, and foster a sense of belonging and respect among all members of the school community.ResponsibilitiesWork with school leadership and culture team to foster a positive school culture that supports the academic and social-emotional success of each student.Maintain safety and order and build relationships with students by being accessible and visible in hallways, classrooms, arrival/dismissal, lunch periods, and after school programs.Facilitate restorative conversations between members of the school community and de-escalate students crisis situations.Openly and regularly communicate with staff and parents/guardians regarding student behaviorMaintain student databases with climate/discipline information.Who you areYou believe in the potential of all students and maintain strong, schoolwide culture systems. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more.
