Senior Creative Designer — Events, Print, Digital, and Integrated Campaigns Duration: 6 months with an opportunity for extension Location: Open to candidates in New York, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Charlotte Hybrid: 3 onsite / 2 remote Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Interview Process; 2 rounds of interviews – 30 minutes virtual Role summary The Creative Designer will partner closely with an Art Director, designer, as well as our external agency, Client, to shape concepts, lead design execution, and ensure production excellence across print, digital, environmental, and event touchpoints. You bring strong point of view creative thinking—balancing bold ideas with disciplined craft—and take ownership of design quality from early concept through final production. You work with marketers, project management, and production partners to deliver on business goals. Key responsibilities •Concept & pitch: Develop campaign and event concepts based on strategy and given creative vision, explore “mild to wild” routes, and contribute to client/stakeholder presentations with clear rationale and recommendations •Design execution: Produce polished, channel ready creative across events, print, digital, and integrated campaign; maintaining a clean, high impact aesthetic •Systems thinking: Translate creative direction into scalable design systems—layouts, typography, grids, component libraries—so assets can expand efficiently across touchpoints. •Collaborate in a pod model: Work in tight cross functional pods and engage early with partners (e.g., video/motion, web/dev, CX) to ensure concepts are feasible and production ready •Iterate quickly and strategically: Respond to feedback constructively, refine work through rounds, and uphold high craft standards from first comp to final files Required qualifications •Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high craft execution, especially in environmental design, print, digital, and campaigns •Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout systems, and visual hierarchy; ability to create clean, impactful aesthetics with disciplined restraint. •Experience designing for event marketing ecosystems (e.g., signage, decks, email adjacent assets, on site collateral, templates). •Comfort delivers design rationale: can explain the “why,” connect to the strategy andobjectives, and participate in stakeholder conversations. •Highly collaborative, feedback positive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. Nice to have •Motion design capability (simple kinetic typography, transitions, social/motion assets) or strong collaboration experience with motion/video teams •Environmental production familiarity (print specs, vendor coordination, fabrication considerations) •Experience partnering with web/dev/CX early to ensure creative concepts can be executed cleanly #INDEAST
