About the JobAbout the Job:About Ligori & Ligori Attorneys at Law:At Ligori & Ligori, we're more than just personal injury lawyers - we are advocates for our clients recovery.Our mission is to help individuals and their families recover the compensation they need for their injuries and recovery caused by the negligence of others.We are looking for individual to join our team that has some law office experience that can multitask and learn quickly. The candidate will be trained and help assist our current cases managers work up cases and train and grow to become case managers. Prefer candidate with knowledge and understanding of bodily injury coverage, uninsured motorist coverage and personal injury protection.Job Duties:Contact medical providers in order to update treatment and billing information.Prepare medical bill summaries.Prepare heath insurance lien letters and requesting lien logs.Request PIP and Med Pay logs from insurance carriers.Request property damage documents from insurance carriers to include estimates and photographs.The candidate must be willing to talk to people via the phone. Qualifications:Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Ability to multitask in a team environment.Have good time management skills.Communicate proactively with assigned case managers and documenting all actions within the case management system.Comfortable with extensive phone usage in order to complete assigned tasks.Prefer a candidate who has been working in a pre-suit personal injury position with at least 1 year of experience.Prefer to have an understanding and experience with PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.Great customer service, verbal and communication skills.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Bilingual is a plus, Spanish, but not required.What We Offer:Includes base salary range of $35,000 - $45,000.1-week vacation after six months of employment.2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.6 federal holidays off per year.6 personal/sick days per year.$50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account - HSA) Dental and Vision insurance.Discounted JCC gym membership.Apply Today:If you're passionate about helping others, take pride in your work, and are ready to grow with a team that values your contributions - we want to meet you!About Ligori & Ligori Attorneys at Law:We are personal injury lawyers that have dedicated our careers to helping those who have been harmed by others.
