Dress Code: Business casual (closed-toe shoes required; no crocs, leggings, gym wear, or offensive/political graphics)About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Digital Printer Operator) to support high-volume print production operations. This role is ideal for candidates with printing, copy center, or mailing industry experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.This is a hands-on role requiring physical activity and strong attendance reliability.Key Responsibilities• Operate high-speed digital production printers• Load paper, clear paper jams, unload materials• Perform bindery and finishing tasks (shrink-wrapping, binding, cutting, etc.)• Stuff envelopes, pack cartons, and handle shipping/receiving duties• Maintain copier functionality and perform basic troubleshooting• Support mail distribution and document scanning• Maintain production logs and supply inventory• Assist with meeting room setups and light facility support as neededQualifications? High school diploma or GED? 1-2 years of print/copy/mailing experience preferred? Basic computer skills (MS Office proficiency required)? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs? Able to stand and walk for entire shift? Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)?
