Transformational HR Opportunity for Global Manufacturing LeaderOpportunity to drive overall HR process, systems, technology and cultureAbout Our ClientOur client for the Vice President of Human Resources opportunity is a multibillion dollar global leading manufacturing company with presence globally across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The Vice President of Human Resources will lead an HR team of approximately 50 people across the region. The VP of HR will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the HR strategy that aligns with the overall global strategy while also considering regional business objectives and goals. This role will require a transformational leader and change agent. The Vice President of HR will be a hands on "roll up your sleeves" individual, while also being a strategic business partner to the Global CHRO and executive leadership team.Job DescriptionOversee all HR responsibilities shaping the overall HR strategy, vision, and executionLed HR transformation implementing strategic initiatives that will have meaningful and sustainable impact and outcomesServe as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Regional President and Global CHRODrive change management processes by working with executive management team creating a positive mentality and can-do attitude within corporate and plant environmentsLead, mentor, guide and develop regional HR leadership and team members to deliver key business objectivesEstablish and drive a culture based on success in line with the company's corporate valuesParticipate in business strategy planning and workforce planning as requested.Participate in strategic projects at the company's various manufacturing facilities across the regionsPartner with manufacturing plants and HR Managers to ensure plant performance and objectives are being met.Ensure organization a strong talent management and development process and program to ensure continued employee growth and organizational succession planningBuild effective relationships to support all employee relations issues, ensure full compliance with internal and local labor legislationDrive talent management, talent development, and succession planning developing leadership pipelinesDevelop HR policies and programs for organizational development, planning & trainingOwn, maintain and create competitive benefits, Health & Safety and employee services packageWork on education and development programs to ensure that we attract, grow and retain talent at all levels within our organization.Create standardized HR policies and procedures across the regionImplement and drive digital and analytics within the HR function to improve reporting and decision makingPage Executive is the global executive search, senior leadership recruitment, and executive advisory arm of PageGroup plc.
