Work in a collaborative environment, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in commercial and residential spaces.Responsibilities- Prepare, prime, and paint interior office spaces, hallways, restrooms, closets, meeting rooms, floors, tour paths, and equipment rooms to exacting standards- Perform drywall patching, mudding, and wallpapering or patching as needed- Tape off trim and deliver precise room trimming for a professional finish- Safely operate and work from man-lifts and various ladders- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace using required personal protective equipment- Interact professionally with clients and team members, ensuring high-quality results under tight deadlinesRequired Skills and Experience- High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent- 1-2 years of proven experience as a residential or commercial painter- Proficiency in drywall repair and wallpaper hanging/patching- Ability to tape off trim and trim out rooms with attention to detail- Comfortable working at heights and handling lifting up to 50 lbs- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactionsPreferred Skills- Experience working in high-traffic commercial environments- Prior exposure to fast-paced, deadline-driven projects- Familiarity with security access requirementsBenefits- Competitive pay at $22.00/hr (W-2)- Consistent weekday schedule, with potential overtime and weekend work based on business needs- Opportunity to work in a secure, safety-focused environment- Develop and expand skills across various facility types- Gain valuable experience with a reputable employerHow to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply promptly.
