Chief Growth Officer

Chief Growth Officer Location: Rockville, MD The Chief Growth officer will lead a team of individuals with primary business development responsibilities, while also conducting their own business development activities from deal identification, qualification, and capture to proposal development and submission. Duties include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development plan. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including qualifying deals through stage gates and identifying and implementing strategies leading to the submission of proposals with a high win probability. Engaging with and coaching our client's business development team to improve company-wide business development efforts and results. Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to other members of the executive team. Advising the executive team on enterprise booking targets and strategies to achieve them. Serving as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of our client. Establishing and developing strategic relationships with other industry partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of executive-level business growth experience. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and win revenue-generating contracts. Strong leadership skills. Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions. Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Strong analytical and project management skills. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation.
