The Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for assuring dining areas are properly prepared for meal service and courteous seating of residents in dining area. Potential team members must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team. Qualifications: Previous dining experience preferred (3-5 years of Host/Hostess experience preferred)Prior experience in lead or supervisor roleExcellent customer service skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions Responsibilities and Expectations: Prepare dining area for meal service including setting tablesAssist residents with seatingManage dining reservationsMaintain cleanliness of department and equipmentMonitor supply levels and update supervisor on inventory needsPresbyterian Senior Living is a large not-for-profit organization comprised of a variety of locations, services and levels of care.
