Under direct supervision, Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor are responsible for supervising and supporting hourly staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day F&B operations. overseeing inventory management and deliveries, maintaining service and safety standards, assisting with POS and specialty beverage execution as needed, and supporting training and development of team members.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead, support, and direct team members during event operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational tasks.Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory tracking, and cash handling procedures preferred.Oversee the management of inventory and deliveries.Maintain service and safety standards.Assist with POS and specialty beverage execution as neededSupport training and development of team members.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
