HVAC - Entry Level HVAC/Duct Installer

Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry Level (No HVAC experience required - we provide training!) Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some required weekends and overtime as the business needsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer/Duct Work / Warehouse Support team member to assist our installation crews and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term career path in the HVAC industry.If you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn - we want to meet you.ResponsibilitiesInstallation SupportAssist experienced installers with HVAC system installations and replacementsHeavy focus on ductwork - installing, modifying, sealing, and supporting duct systems in attics/crawl spacesPrep job sites, organize tools, and help maintain a safe, clean work areaAssist with moving, staging, and loading/unloading equipment and materialsWarehouse & Parts SupportPull parts and materials for daily jobsRestock and organize inventoryPrepare equipment and materials for upcoming installationsPick up and deliver parts to job sites or vendors as neededGeneral ResponsibilitiesMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicleCommunicate with dispatch to stay on scheduleFollow all safety procedures and use required PPEProvide professional, respectful customer interactionRequirementsRequirementsHVAC and installing duct work experience a plusValid driver's license and clean driving record per company policy Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnAbility to lift 50-75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperaturesAbility to be flexible in work schedule and job tasks Must posses and team work and can-do attitude We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
