Job SummaryResponsible for installing custom graphics, paint protection film (PPF), and various vehicle accessories. This includes removing factory-installed components and installing new ones per customer specifications and written instructions. Also supports training of junior installers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall accessory components including graphics, PPF, splashguards, crossbars, remote starts, and more.Ensure installations meet customer specifications and dimensional technical standards.Follow FIFO scheduling and TAKT time requirements.Tag non-conforming materials and complete final inspection documentation.Comply with safety and environmental policies; report concerns.Train and mentor Accessory Installer 1 and new hires.Maintain clean work area and follow 5S standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: 2-3 years of accessory installation, including custom graphicsSkills:Fine motor skills and dexterityAbility to work independentlyPatience and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification3-5 years of experience with complex graphic installationsAdvanced training and mentoring skillsWorking ConditionsManufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, robotics, and automotive componentsMust lift up to 50 lbs and work in flexible positionsPPE required on production floor Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
