This is your opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of marketing professionals while directly impacting how our agents tell their stories and connect with clients across digital platforms.The RoleWe're seeking an in-house Videographer & Social Media Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. This isn't a desk job-you'll be in the field capturing authentic moments, collaborating with agents and leadership, and creating content that makes people stop scrolling. You'll play a central role in supporting our agents with high-quality marketing assets while elevating our brand across all platforms.What You'll DoVideo Production & Content CreationProduce, shoot, and edit video content for property listings, agent profiles, brand campaigns, and social mediaCapture lifestyle-driven content that showcases properties, agents, and the client experienceCreate short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platformsDevelop video templates and assets agents can use for their own marketingFilm and edit event coverage, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes contentSocial Media ManagementDevelop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platformsCreate scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and brand awarenessMonitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant and competitiveAnalyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insightsCollaborate with marketing team on campaign launches and promotional initiativesAgent & Leadership CollaborationWork directly with agents to understand their content needs and create custom assetsTrain agents on best practices for using video and social contentPartner with brokers and leadership to ensure brand consistency across all contentAttend team meetings, open houses, and company events to capture contentCreative DirectionBring fresh ideas and creative concepts to campaigns and daily contentMaintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all video and social contentStay ahead of industry trends in real estate marketing, video production, and social mediaWhat You BringRequired Skills & Experience2-4 years of experience in video production and social media content creationExpert-level proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom)Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTubePortfolio/reel demonstrating range: storytelling, brand content, social media, and editing skillsExcellent understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and sound designExperience shooting on DSLR/mirrorless cameras and understanding of camera settingsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesPreferred ExperienceReal estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand content experienceDrone operation and FAA Part 107 certificationMotion graphics and animation skillsExperience with content management systems and marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, or other quick-edit tools for agent-facing templatesPersonal QualitiesCreative vision with an eye for storytelling and aestheticsPassionate about visual media and staying on top of content trendsCollaborative and comfortable working with people at all levels of the organizationAdaptable and able to pivot quickly based on business needsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional presence when interacting with clients, agents, and leadershipReliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Atlanta metro areaWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesAccess to cutting-edge equipment and toolsCreative freedom and support for innovative ideasOpportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing brandCollaborative, agent-focused cultureHow to ApplyTo be considered, please submit:Resume outlining your experienceReel or portfolio (required) showcasing your best video and social media work-include links to social accounts you've managed, if applicableCover letter (optional but encouraged) telling us why you're the right fit for this roleQualified applicants will be required to submit a reel after an initial interview.We offer a full suite of benefits including Medical, Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation (PTO), 401(k) with employer match, Flexible Spending Account, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is an equal opportunity employer.
