Job description:Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and growth-oriented executive to serve as Vice President of Franchise Growth. This leader will be responsible for accelerating the strategic expansion of one of the fastest-growing brands in the category by attracting and developing high-caliber franchise partners and executing disciplined market development strategies nationwide. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities - Franchise SalesDevelop and execute strategic plans to grow the franchise network by identifying and engaging qualified prospective franchisees.Lead franchise sales initiatives, including sourcing leads, qualifying candidates, and presenting the brand value proposition.Negotiate franchise agreements.Build and manage relationships with potential franchisees through proactive communication, education, and support throughout the sales process.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales and marketing materials highlighting brand strengths, support systems, and financial opportunities.Work closely with existing franchisees and internal teams to identify expansion opportunities and enhance franchisee satisfaction.Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and demographic data to strategically identify high-potential areas for growth.Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to executive leadership.Responsibilities - Store DevelopmentOversee the entire store development process from site selection to store opening.Ensure timelines, budgets, and brand standards are consistently met.Guide and support franchisees through real estate selection, lease negotiation, store design, permitting, and construction.Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for efficient store construction.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to brand guidelines.Develop and maintain comprehensive project management tools, tracking systems, and reporting processes.Provide training and resources to franchisees to facilitate smooth transitions from development to operations.Responsibilities - Team Leadership and Department GrowthRecruit, develop, and manage a high-performing franchise and store development team.Foster a positive team environment emphasizing collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.Set clear performance objectives, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support career growth.Implement training programs to ensure the team stays updated on industry best practices.Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Continuously improve departmental processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Required Skills & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in franchise sales, development, or related sales leadership roles.Track Record: Proven success in franchise sales or business development with strong negotiation and closing skills.Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Relationship Building: Ability to create and foster meaningful relationships with prospective and existing partners.Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights.Initiative: Self-driven with a high level of initiative and the ability to lead independently.
