This role requires familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) and a willingness to learn to operate the shrink wrap machine and pallet jacks. The associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized workspace while following all company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity standards.Pay: $17.50/ Hourly Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and stage e-commerce ordersMeet daily productivity and accuracy goalsVerify item counts, SKUs, and locations prior to order completionPerform basic auditing and quality checks on completed ordersUse RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movementFollow established pick paths and location sequencing for efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport damaged product or inventory discrepanciesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualifications: Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legiblyAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsStrong ability to follow instructions and work efficientlyComputer and RF scanner familiarity preferredMinimum of six months of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift 50+ pounds repeatedlyWillingness to work weekends during peak season (Saturday or Sunday as needed)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable with strong time-management skillsComfortable working in varying warehouse temperaturesLeslie's recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
