DPS/RBT Needed

IMMEDIATE HIREHours: Monday through Friday 4 pm - 8 pm Weekends are flexible for community outings. Assist the individual in his/her as documented in the ISP, Service Plan, etc.Teach/assist the client in cooking simple meals. Routine hygiene care throughout the day.Medication reminderSupervise in addressing the ISP/Plan of Care goals and document progressSupport all opportunities for the growth, learning, and development of the individualComplete daily progress notes highlighting person center eventsComplete understanding of home policies and procedures including home rules, disaster procedures, participant's rights, etc.Document progress notes before leaving the job site Document tracking of ISP goals before leaving the job siteEnsure the individual is integrated into the communityNotify the agency of any concerns regarding the individualAttend all staff meetings (required), and participate in scheduled training sessions including on-the-job trainingPromote harmonious relationships with other staff membersMaintain individual's records on-site following policy and proceduresOther duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age or olderSubstitute/Home Economics Teacher 16 hours of training yearlyCPIFirst Aid certified (required)CPR certified (required)Excellent administrative skillsMust be able to read and write EnglishCommunicate effectively with service monitors, staff, families, and state administratorsExcellent interpersonal skillsResume reflects Direct Support experienceClean 7-year MVRSocial Security CardDriver's LicenseCurrent Physical ExamCurrent TB testHigh School Diploma or GEDCopy of Professional LicenseCertificates of TrainingAuto InsuranceBackground is required and random drug testing.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
