FLEX instruction allows students to choose on a daily basis whether to attend in-person or virtually through the D2L Brightspace virtual classroom. Typical Qualifications• M.S. in Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or B.S. in Engineering(including Electrical or Computer Engineering) with experience.• Previous college teaching experience in the field.• Previous experience with D2L Brightspace or other Learning Management systems preferred.• Previous online instruction required where appropriate.• Commitment to teaching a student body diverse in ability, age, ethnicity, race, and sexual orientation.• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
