Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Auditor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits using established procedures to ensure objectives are met and findings are clearly reportedReview organizational controls to assess their effectiveness in managing financial, operational, and compliance risksAnalyze data sets and select samples using audit tools to support testing and evaluationsPresent audit results and recommendations to leadership across various departmentsMaintain thorough documentation of audit work to support internal reviews and external reliance Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related fieldAbility to assess processes and determine control effectiveness and operational efficiencySkilled in using data analysis software to support audit proceduresStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignmentsWillingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time for audit engagements Qualifications: Capable of working independently and making sound decisions during audit reviewsEffective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills for diverse audiencesComfortable interacting with all levels of staff, including senior leadershipFamiliarity with internal audit standards and professional frameworks such as IIA guidelines Prior experience identifying process improvements and recommending technology solutions to enhance audit value REF #51124 #LI-DD1
