Automotive Diesel Specialist

ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome to apply!We seek highly skilled and motivated Diesel Specialist to join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate; we currently generate 1,750 repair orders on average per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards.Compensation & Benefits:Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offOngoing training and development programs Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, service, and partsClimate controlled shop!Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policiesTest components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehiclesDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reportExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirements:Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3) or equivalent hands on experience.Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast learnerGood written and verbal communication skillsGood customer service skillsTeam playerComputer literateAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's licenseAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
