Our core values have created a remarkable culture that encourages individual career development, relationship building and firm growth.Why join us? 4% 401k match Path to Partner 4 weeks PTO 55 hour busy season 36 hour weeks in the summer 36 hour weeks in December 10% commission on 1 time new clients 7.5% commission on reoccurring clients Off-site eventsJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Review and manage the preparation of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and fiduciariesProvide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across various industriesSupervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and senior associates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tax engagementsResearch complex tax issues and prepare written memorandaCommunicate directly with clients regarding tax matters, deadlines, and planning strategiesEnsure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulationsAssist with business development initiatives and client relationship managementStay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on clientsQualifications:CPA license requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation preferredMinimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus in taxPrior supervisory experience strongly preferredProficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsClient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
