Job Responsibilities:Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes (ST-30/ST-25) and vertical mills (VF-4)Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs for various machining operationsPerform tooling setups, machine offsets, and load programsConduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsMonitor and optimize machine performance for quality and efficiencyMaintain accurate production records and setup documentationPerform daily maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in top shapeCollaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists to resolve issues and improve outputAdhere to strict safety protocols and company policies (zero-tolerance drug screening environment)? Required Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience operating Haas CNC machines (lathes and/or mills)Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&TExperience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometriesFamiliarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Basic CAM software experience (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plusHigh school diploma or GED required; CNC certification or technical training preferred? Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout the shiftManual dexterity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment?
