Workshop TechnicianTotal Frac Solutions (TFS) is a surface solutions provider serving the completion segment of the upstream oil and gas sector. We Currently support customers in Permian and DJ basins with value- added, tailored systems of frac stacks, zipper manifolds, nipple up services, trunk lines, and hydraulic power units HPUs). We currently have about 77 employees and are growing. We are currently looking for a qualified Shop Technician for our Midland facility.Essential Responsibilities: Perform pressure and functional testing of valvesPerform tear down and rebuild of valvesMaintains test equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, gages, hoses, and other related equipmentUse chart recorders when directed by routerUse measurements, test equipment and functional gages to determine if product meets all stated requirementsVerify gage calibration and operates test equipmentMonitor controls and instruments, records accurate test data, and prepares test reportsEnsures compliance and maintaining the processes/procedures of the WOM management systems.Comply with all environmental, health and safety rulesRequirements: High School diploma or a GED equivalent3 years of experience preferred but not requiredTFS offers long-term, stable employment in a comfortable environment.
