CRB is a privately held company with a rich history of serving clients throughout the world, consistently striving for the highest standard of technical knowledge, creativity and execution.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department by being responsible for gathering, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys. The Corporate Paralegal will perform specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a lawyer is responsible.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and filing corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes, minutes, and other flingsCoordinate and receive board and committee signatures for documents and materialsCreate documents related to new corporate entity formationsProduce documents related to the development and implementation of corporate policies and templatesProvide contract support for operational agreements for design and construction, standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure, marketing, and independent contractor agreementsProvide administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate structure and transactionsWork with other members of the legal team on special projects and initiativesSupport the management of the contract review process, including planning, collaboration, review, and archivingQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of two years of experience, preferably with knowledge of engineering and construction industryParalegal certification preferredExperience with managing and assisting with engineering and construction disputes and litigationAdditional QualificationsExcellent communication and organization abilitiesStrong research and report-generating skillsExperience in using legal database softwareAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
