This is a paid full-time hybrid position during the summer.Key Responsibilities:Apply the fission matrix approach Train on reactor physics, microreactor technologies, and methods developmentExposure to the work of other research units within the larger divisionDaily activity will consist of computer modeling and method developmentQualifications:Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus in materials science or a related disciplineMinimum GPA of 3.0Complete at least sophomore year of undergraduate studiesExperience with material properties and behavior, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristicsWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
