Job Description

Position Title: Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Supervisor Area of Requirement: Industrial Facility Maintenance (Building 277) Scope of Position: Provides full-time oversight for FRCSE Building 277 operations, working with a core crew familiar with FRCSE industrial facilities. Tasks and Capabilities Required: * Coordinate facility maintenance tasks with Plant Services and multiple shop supervisors. * Oversee industrial facility maintenance, repairs, and operational support. * Track, report, and execute recurring work requirements at FRCSE facilities. Mandatory Experience and Certifications: * Minimum five (5) years of experience managing facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Must coordinate directly with FRCSE Plant Services. Preferred/Desired Certifications: * Industrial maintenance certifications * CMMS/Maximo experience * OSHA 30 Disclaimer: The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
