Description: As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management systems and processes for a customer. The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of I&AM principles, technologies, best practices and should be aware of the upcoming trends in this domain. Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architectureProvide support to multiple implementation projects for design review and architectural guidanceAdvise on creating IAM solution accelerators which can be positioned as differentiatorsSkills development through internal product trainings and knowledge sharing sessionsQualifications: 15+ years of relevant experience Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics and relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architecturesExperience in designing reference architectures for various domains within IAM such as Authentication, Authorization, Identity Management, Privileged access management, WAM etcExperience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRockUnderstanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID ConnectStrong techno functional skills and experience in delivering mid to large size IAM transformationsBA or BS or equivalent in IT related degreesRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or IAM product related certifications#LI-AK1
