If you're ready to expand a professional services footprint, build trusted executive relationships, and help clients solve complex accounting, risk, and finance challenges while growing your career in a people-first firm, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoAs a leader at the firm, you will spearhead the expansion of DLA's capabilities through hands-on market development and relationship building. Your day-to-day may include:Developing regional go-to-market strategies across advisory servicesBuilding relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and CAEsGenerating opportunities in accounting, audit, risk, and finance advisoryEngaging private equity firms and portfolio company leadershipPartnering with service leaders to shape proposals and pursuitsManaging pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM dataRepresenting DLA in industry and community settingsAligning client needs to the right advisory solutionsWhat You'll BringWe know great team members come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:Experience selling or delivering professional advisory servicesBackground in accounting, audit, risk, or finance consultingProven success building and advancing a services pipelineStrong executive communication and relationship-building skillsConsultative, solutions-oriented sales approachExperience working with private equity or middle-market clientsComfort using CRM and pipeline management toolsBachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience preferredWhy DLAWe're not your typical firm.
