Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work within our HR team. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience in a Home Care setting Great communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills Strong customer service skills and background  Clerical and administrative experience  Enforcing corrective action where necessary  Requirements: Maintaining the upkeep of all caregiver files as well as maintaining compliance with PA 611 rules and regulations. Assisting the Senior HR Coordinator as needed with processing paperwork, onboarding caregivers, and documentation. Working with staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
