International Payroll Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $125,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee payroll operations for a large global workforce, including both domestic and international employees.Support leadership by serving as a key advisor on payroll matters and operational decisions.Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries with varying requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.Maintain reliable payroll records, reporting, and controls to support audits and compliance needs. Requirements: Prior experience managing payroll for a multinational organization with significant employee headcount.Strong understanding of international payroll practices, especially within foreign countries.Ability to oversee complex payroll cycles and handle a high-volume workforce.Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and providing guidance on payroll-related challenges.Proficiency with payroll systems, reporting tools, and related technology platforms.
