Scrum Master / Product OwnerCompany: iVueitLocation: Hybrid (4 days in office, Wednesday WFH)Department: Product ManagementReports To: Senior Business AnalystOverviewiVueit is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Product Owner to support our Engineering and Product teams. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, driving Scrum ceremonies, supporting product and release planning, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, and Marketing.The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, excellent communication skills, and enough technical depth to effectively partner with engineering teams building cloud-based, mobile, and web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile & Scrum FacilitationLead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Story Estimation.Ensure consistent adoption of Agile best practices and drive continuous process improvement.Track sprint progress and provide clear, timely status reporting to leadership.Product & Delivery SupportSupport the Product Manager in defining and maintaining product and release roadmaps.Ensure sprint goals align with broader business and product objectives.Own and manage small projects or initiatives as needed to support delivery.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between Engineering and business stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Marketing.Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements and ensure product quality.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and help drive resolution.Technical Acumen (Preferred)Familiarity with AWS-based systems, mobile applications, and modern web application architectures.Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to unblock delivery.Work ScheduleHybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office, with remote work on Wednesdays.QualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA (Cloud).Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and modern mobile/web development.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Additional InformationNo visa sponsorship is available for this position.Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders with no current or future visa sponsorship requirements.No relocation assistance will be provided for this position. Powered by JazzHR
